1. CLEAN
Make sure your portafilter basket is dry and clean.

2. GRIND
Grind 18,5g of coffee into the basket and make sure it is evenly distributed.

3. TAMP
Tamp down the coffee grinds evenly.

4. PURGE
Purge the group head by running some hot water through it for a few seconds. This gets rid of any coffee particles and stabilizes the temperature of the group head.

5. PLACE PORTAFILTER
Lock the portafilter into the group head.

6. BREW
Push the brew button and stop after 27 to 30 seconds. Ideally, you should have 50g (60ml) output. If not, adjust the grind size. A finer grind decreases output volume while a coarser grind increases it.

7. CLEAN
Empty the portafilter basket and purge the group head.
